Live Data Transmission:

    Workstations gathering statistical information from jobs running on the shop floor transmit the dimensional characteristics directly to the Quality Control Department. This "LIVE" data is generated into a graphical format that represents the control limits of a job based on customer requirements. Both the QC Manager and Machine work station have the same statistical information available to them for that job.  However,  The QC Manager can monitor details for every job currently running SPC in the entire shop.

Data Collection:

The collection of data for a specific jobs is important and required by most of our customers.  We maintain a data record for 7 years of each job lot that was machined using this SPC requirement. We have the traceability necessary to identify any specific job characteristics analyzed using this method and can transmit data through e-mail or the Internet if a customer requires immediate action.
